CASology Challenge #379

 Welcome to CASology Challenge #379!

I love a Cue word that can inspire a color palette, an event or an image. My thought process week was autumn harvest, then Thanksgiving, then thanks in general, then an ombre of wheat color and it all came together using Concord & 9th Give Thanks stamps and dies.

The leaf die is cut three times and layered, leaving the grains in place, along the side of a kraft panel. The sentiment is stamped using Memento Espresso Truffle ink on a stitched panel and popped up over the wheat for interest and dimension.

Check out the the design team cards!

We are looking forward to seeing how WHEAT inspires you - just remember to keep it Clean & Simple! This is a three week challenge, so you have until 9 AM Monday, December 14th (CMT) to link your card to the CASology blog.

Thanks for stopping by,

  1. Wonderful, the perfect dies in the perfect colours-love you left those tiny sections in-that must have been tricky!! And a super design with the sentiment strip x

  2. Beautiful, Jacquie! Love that wheat die -- I should get one, I'm right in wheatland! Love the colors yet the simplicity

  3. That is a well designed and gorgeous card you made.

It makes my day when you take time to comment - thank you!
