The first thing that came to mind when I saw the cue word this week was flip flops, so I went with a summer themed card. A few scraps of watercolor paper were colored with a trio of Zig markers and die cut with a Taylored Expressions flip flop die.
The pieces were flipped around to make a trio of flip flop pairs and adhered to a wonky stitched die cut rectangle. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink's stamp set.
The design team has fabulous cards for you to check out this week!

I love it and those flip flops are fantastic!
ReplyDeleteHi Jacquie, What a lovely card. The cute lil flip flops just reminds of all the vacations one had and one dreams to have in future. Life sure is comfortable in flip flops!!! I love that you have flipped the die cuts to make the flip flops. I too initially thought of going with the flip flops for this cue word, i am so glad i didn't as i could not have created the CAS beauty that you did. Happy crafting. Hugs - Bharati
