Craft Hoarders Anonymous November 2015 Blog Hop

Welcome to the
Craft Hoarders Anonymous November 2015 Blog Hop!

I have a set of Christmas tags to share this month.

You should be coming to my blog from Debbie's blog, A Peek Into My Stamping Room. After visiting me, head over to Tracey's Garden of Grace blog. To start at the beginning of the Blog Hop, and for a full list of participants, head over to Gloria's Scraps of Life blog.

This month I cut into some Christmas paper that I have hoarded for a few years. Basic Gray's Eskimo Kisses was released in 2009 and I decided that it was time to use this pretty nontraditional Christmas paper for a few gift tags.

The patterned paper is cut with a PTI Folded Tag die and a Rustic Wreath sentiment is stamped inside. This tag is attached at the top to a PTI Tag Sale #7 die cut from light blue cardstock. The larger tag is embossed and a narrow adhesive strip glittered for a touch of shine.

I also dug into my hoard of seam binding and sheer ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon to trim the top of the tag. A jingle bell is added and tied to the ribbon with a silver cord bow.

A Wink of Stella is brushed over all the ornaments on the patterned paper to echo the glitter strip at the bottom of the larger tag.

Do you have a big eye beading needle? I love this thing! This needle allows me to easily thread the silver cord (without fraying) through the eye of the bell and through the tied ribbon.

This tag is being linked to the Happy Little Stampers November Christmas Challenge and to Tracey
McNeely's 25 Days of Christmas Tags where I was inspired by Shay's layered tag on the Day 2 post.

The next stop on the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Blog Hop is the talented Tracey Sabella at Gardens of Grace. If you get lost along the way, or want to start at the beginning, go to Gloria Stengel's Scraps of Life blog.

Thanks for stopping by,

Jacquie
