This is a no stamping card, as a word die from MFT provides the sentiment.
After adding the striped paper to the sentiment panel, I adhered the panel to a white card base. I could have stopped there, but started playing around with slipping another patterned paper behind the die cut word. The small dots worked nicely and the word was still very easy to read, but somehow the card looked even less finished now.
I added the vertical strips & enamel dots - funny thing is, I like the way they look in real life, but I'm not so sure about them when I look at the photo?! Does that ever happen to you?
This card is also being linked to the Simon Says . . . We're Going Dotty at the Simon Says Stamp' Wednesday Challenge Blog.

This is a fabulous card--so bright and colorful. I know what you mean about photos looking different from real life. To me, sometimes my cards look better in person, and sometimes they look worse.
