It has been nonstop graduation celebrations around here, starting with the formal commencement ceremony for our daughter on Thursday night and a number of parties over the last few days, including ours this evening. We still aren't done as friends in a neighboring district don't finish until next weekend. I have been making a lot of graduation cards but many are leaving the house before I can get photos.
This card is one that went off to a Saturday night party and uses some clip art that I also used on our party invitations. I love the iconic image of new grads tossing their caps in the air and made this one into a quick and easy shaker card.
A strip of glitter tape fills in the space under the clip art image and the box is filled with confetti stars, red and silver micro beads.
I love the Avery Elle sentiment and felt it perfectly captures the joy at the end of the graduation ceremony.
This card is being linked to CASology Week 150: Graduation and the Wednesday Challenge Blog at Simon Says Stamp where this week the challenge is Friends or Superhero.
Thanks for stopping by,
