I'm glad this is a two week challenge as I've finally had a bit of time to play along.

This card uses the themes in the middle horizontal row: square card, bling and text.
I made a graduation card for one of my nieces - her school colors are purple and gold and I hope the glitter paper satisfies the "bling" requirement for the card. The text background was created in Word & I am really pleased with the way it turned out!
The die cut numbers look like they are floating, but are adhered securely with foam tape.
I hope to finish off a couple more cards for this challenge before the week is out.
Thanks for stopping by,
Jacquie

This is a fabulous graduation card. I love your star impression plate--it looks just like the one PTI is releasing next week--you must have 'connections'. And, I would say that your glittered numbers qualifies as a whole lotta bling.
ReplyDeleteone more quick Q--have you ever gone to Gee Gee's garage sale? They are having one next weekend, and I am wondering if I should head over there?
ReplyDeleteMy high school colors were purple and gold too and this would have been a HUGE hit! The glittered numbers qualify as bling in my book and the digital background is brilliant. I may CASE this idea for the son of a friend if I can find out his school colors in time.
ReplyDeleteJacquie, love this idea! The custom text behind your panel is just perfect. Your "floating" glitter numbers are so festive, too! What a great graduation card. So glad you joined the 100th challenge at CAS-ual Fridays!
ReplyDeleteohhh.... this is soooo cool! fab card! looooove all the golden glitter numbers!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining our 100th CAS-ual Fridays Challenge!
