Welcome to Week 251 at CASology!
My husband and I were raised in very different cultures so it was a bit of a shock to discover we both grew up taking hot lemon & honey drinks when sick. This drink really is the best medicine for a sore throat. Without a honey image in my stash I had to get creative and hope this card makes sense to you.
A scrap of white cardstock is inked with Squeezed Lemonade and Mustard Seed Distress Inks before cutting the Memory Box Citrus Rounds die and Poppystamps Mod Hex die. Scraps of the inked panel were used to selectively cut the hexagon shape in the size needed for this design. The large ampersand die is from MFT and cut twice for stability as it is popped up over the other die cuts. Before adhering the die cuts, the Lawn Fawn sentiment is added to a Stitched Wonky Rectangle panel.
The Design Team cards are inspiring!
