CAS(E) this Sketch! #50 + Merry Monday #80 + Simon Says Stamp

The Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog challenge is to make Christmas/Happy Holiday Cards this week and that prompted me to make a couple of cards. One is ready to share and based on the CAS(E) this Sketch! #50 and the Merry Monday Christmas Card challenge to use a music or Christmas Carol inspired theme.

This is my first time playing in the Merry Monday challenge, and I really did start this card for last week's challenge. Time got away from me, and I missed the deadline, so was pretty happy to see the design would also fit the current challenge.

I cut the Memory Box snowflake wreath out of white and blue glitter paper and adhered them together first and then attached them to the sheet music embossed panel.

A little blue gem and hand cut vellum banner finish the card off.

I do not read sheet music, so have no idea what the music on the embossing folder is - can anyone enlighten me?

Thanks for stopping by,

Jacquie

  4. This is such a stunning card! Those snowflakes just really pop against the white sheet music. I read music, but not well enough to be able to tell if this is an actual song or not...sorry! Hopefully someone will be able to figure it out for you! :0)
